About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team of salon professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities include managing store operations, achieving sales targets, ensuring safety and security, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a team to exceed sales goals and maintain budget and expense controls.
• Ensure all staff adhere to safety and security protocols and company policies.
• Oversee store operations to maintain a clean and inviting appearance.
• Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the skills and knowledge of store associates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide personalized solutions to meet their hair and beauty needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• A self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop both yourself and your team.
• A passion for hair and beauty, with a desire to share this enthusiasm with others.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
