About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, focusing on providing an EPIC experience based on the company's four pillars: Education, Product, Inspiration, and Community. You will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire your team to meet or exceed sales goals
• Oversee all store operations, including maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory
• Ensure all staff follow safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets
• Maintain a store that always looks its best

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Cosmetology license (optional)
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for all things hair and beauty

• Ability to work hard and enjoy the process

Skills

• Customer service and retail sales experience
• Leadership and management skills
• Financial and performance management experience
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, sometimes while on a ladder
