50/50 Lead Ticket Representative (Part-Time)

About the role
Established in 2015, the Sixers Youth Foundation is the non-profit affiliate of the Philadelphia 76ers. Through grant funding and capacity-building opportunities, it develops multi-year partnerships with organizations serving primarily middle school-aged youth in the greater Delaware Valley region. The Lead Ticket Representative for the 50/50 Raffle Program will assist the Development Manager with opening, overseeing, and closing 76ers home games at Xfinity Mobile Arena during the 2026-2027 season. Proceeds from the raffle program will benefit the Foundation’s partnerships with non-profit organizations in the Greater Philadelphia Region, focusing on quality extracurriculars, academic enrichment, and safe play spaces.
The Lead will be trained to use 50/50 raffle handheld devices, set up and break down gameday raffle signage and materials, and sell raffle chances to fans at the Community Corner as needed. The role requires an outgoing, reliable, and team-oriented individual comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and deliver information from the Development Manager to the 50/50 Ticket Representatives as needed.
- Understand and effectively communicate the mission of the Sixers Youth Foundation and its charitable endeavors to fans.
- Arrive promptly at scheduled shifts on time.
- Work comfortably in large groups and crowds.
- Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with fans and other employees.
- Work all Philadelphia 76ers home games, including pre-season, regular season, and potential post-season playoff games (nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work 90% of Philadelphia 76ers home games each month during the regular and post-season, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
- One year of 50/50 raffle sales experience in a professional sports setting is required.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Desire to learn about non-profits, fundraising, public relations, public speaking, management, and sales is preferred.
- Must wear the provided uniform (shirts and jacket) with sneakers and black pants.
Working Conditions
Work Environment: This position requires work to be performed at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, PA.
Physical Requirements: The role requires the ability to travel throughout the arena’s concourse and/or sections and lift up to 30 lbs.
Pay
The pay rate for this position is $18/hour at commencement of employment. This is an "at-will position," and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
