The Sixers Youth Foundation, established in 2015, is the non-profit affiliate of the Philadelphia 76ers. Through grant funding and capacity-building opportunities, we develop multi-year partnerships with organizations serving primarily middle school-aged youth in the greater Delaware Valley region. Proceeds from the raffle program will benefit the Foundation’s partnership with non-profit organizations in the Greater Philadelphia Region to serve young people across three key areas — quality extracurriculars, academic enrichment, and safe play spaces.
About the Role
The Sixers Youth Foundation is seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to be Ticket Representatives and Brand Ambassadors for the 50/50 Raffle Program during the Philadelphia 76ers 2026-2027 season. Ticket Representatives are responsible for selling raffle tickets during each home game and will be trained to use the 50/50 software and devices. Sellers are expected to be self-motivated, outgoing, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Approach fans pregame and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 Raffle program and propose the opportunity to purchase tickets
- Understand the mission of the Sixers Youth Foundation and effectively communicate and deliver information regarding the Foundation’s charitable endeavors
- Accurately handle the sale and distribution of raffle tickets via designated handheld devices
- Be prompt and arrive at scheduled shifts on time
- Work independently in large groups of fans
- Demonstrate a positive attitude when interacting with fans and other employees
- Work a majority of 76ers home games
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work 75% - 80% of Philadelphia 76ers home games each month during regular and postseason, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary
- Must be committed to working Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays depending on game schedule
- Experience in sales and customer service is a plus
- Desire to learn about non-profits, fundraising, public relations, public speaking, and sales is preferred
- Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must wear uniform when working (shirt provided): black sneakers and black pants
Working Conditions
Work Environment: This position requires that work be performed from the Xfinity Live! Arena in Philadelphia, PA.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to travel throughout the Xfinity Live! Arena’s concourse and/or sections.
Pay
The pay rate for this position at commencement of employment is $15.92/hour.
