Responsibilities

• Support engineering services and custom build requests for laboratory equipment
• Assist with product catalog management and international customer relations
• Collaborate with team members on apparatus, shakers, mills, blenders, and stirrers product lines
• Provide technical expertise on reciprocal shakers, orbital shakers, and cutting mills
• Engage with customers to understand their laboratory equipment needs
• Contribute to product development and improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in laboratory equipment or scientific instruments industry
• Understanding of shakers, mills, blenders, and stirrers technologies
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work with engineering teams on custom solutions
• Familiarity with international customer requirements

• Technical knowledge of reciprocal and orbital shakers
