Essential Job Responsibilities

• Supervision of field operations, technical and drafting staff
• Deed and map research
• Project management
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate survey data into project plans
• Use advanced equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, 3D scanners) and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to collect and analyze data
• Boundary survey calculations, analysis, and final map checking
• Abstracting title data
• Client relations

Required Skills & Experience

• Professional Licensed Surveyor
• 10 years of progressive experience in the industry, including 2+ years after registration
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $120,000 - $125,000 per year.
