About the role
HB Staffing is seeking a CNC Mill Programmer to join a growing and dynamic team!
Responsibilities
- Develop CAD drawings and manufacturing documentation
- Create and update work instructions
- Utilize ERP systems such as ProShop
- Utilize precision measuring instruments including: Micrometers, Calipers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, Indicators
- Expertise using precision measuring instruments including: Micrometers, Calipers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, Indicators
- Strong mathematical and geometric skills
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience programming CNC Mills with Fanuc controls in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 10 years' experience programming CNC Mills
- Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as MasterCam for designing parts and tooling
- 5-axis milling experience
- Experience with shop floor ERP software preferred
