- Develop and modify CNC mill programs using Gibbs CAM to specific drawings
- Supervise hourly operators in a union workforce
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance of the department
- Program all CNC Mills
- Plan and assign work based on employees' abilities and production urgency
- Request manufacturing process changes to enhance product quality and costs
- Supervise and schedule all daily activities within the department
- Maintain department production and project schedules
- Manage employee utilization and efficiency
- Ensure product quality
- Schedule and approve all hourly employee labor hours
- Work overtime as needed when required
