3rd Shift Warehouse Associate, Refrigeration

About the role

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This includes functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, and ensuring the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products to a variety of internal and external customers.

Schedule

Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00pm to 4:30am (overtime per business needs).

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty (e.g., order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider).

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience; all training is provided starting your first day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights of 20-30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with technologies like computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Pay

Anticipated hourly range: $22.00 - $22.60 per hour based on experience (includes shift differential).
