Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Friday: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (or until task is complete)
About the role
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This includes functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. The role ensures the efficient flow of products from vendor receipt to shipment, serving a variety of internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulations concerning OSHA, DEA, FDA, and state/local authorities; adhere to cGMP guidelines.
- Apply acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks; learn and apply new information and methods.
- Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
- Work on routine assignments requiring problem resolution, typically reviewed by a supervisor or work lead.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to process orders, including accurate picking, quality control checks, and sorting.
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks; maintain a clean work environment in compliance with Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
- Perform other duties or participate in projects as assigned by management.

- Demonstrate working knowledge or proficiency in assigned areas, including potential material handling equipment certification.
- Accurately perform multiple operational tasks.
- Demonstrate basic material handling, packaging, and warehouse equipment skills.
- Perform warehouse operations functions within facility guidelines.
- Demonstrate effective oral communication skills.
- Apply acquired knowledge to complete standard tasks and learn new methods.
- Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
- Work under moderate supervision with regular review by a supervisor or work lead.
- Refer complex or unusual problems to a supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working at heights of 20–30 feet regularly.
- Able and willing to work in a refrigerator (36°F–42°F) for up to 10 hours or longer.
- Able and willing to work in a freezer (5°F) for 30-minute increments followed by a 10-minute break.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for an entire shift.
- Ability to follow directions and change priorities as needed.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with technologies (e.g., computers or point-of-sale systems) is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
No prior warehouse experience required. Training is provided starting on the first day.
