3rd Shift Production Manager

The Opportunity

The 3rd Shift Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse and production operations, including order assembly, receiving, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role ensures smooth daily operations while driving continuous improvement and team performance.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse leadership (team lead or supervisor)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety regulations
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
