Production Supervisor 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production team members on assigned shift
• Monitor production performance, downtime, changeovers, and safety compliance
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to company policies
• Cookstaffing needs, including overtime scheduling
• Track and communicate production metrics and shift performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency
