3rd shift, Painter Coordinator, Axle Bogie East Line - North Plant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinating the activities of other painters.
• To perform a variety of painting applications and painting-related activities requiring knowledge of techniques, tools, equipment, and safety precautions.
• To adhere to the general safety plan.
• May be required to do other duties, including undercoating, as requested by the supervisor.
• This role typically requires exercising some independent judgment and performing work at a quality level consistent with Wabash's standard practices.
• Supervised by supervisor, general foreman, manager or department head.
• Routinely perform workplace organization daily and as needed to maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment.

• Excellent computer knowledge and principles are required.
• SAP experience is required.
