Schedule

Full-Time, Sunday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM (30-minute unpaid lunch).

About the role

As an Efficiency Associate, you will be part of a team responsible for precise inventory management to ensure excellent customer service. The role involves picking customer orders, receiving merchandise, staging and locating products, and other duties related to product movement in a distribution environment. Professional behavior and appearance are expected at all times.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stage, and locate merchandise in the warehouse.
• Assist with other duties related to product movement in a distribution setting.
• Maintain a relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required (onsite training available).
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to learning products in the fast-changing electrical distribution field.
