3rd Shift Cloth Doffer

Responsibilities

• Doff rolls of fabric safely to prevent damage and ensure proper roll-up.
• Follow standard procedures for doffing cloth and maintain the doff staging area.
• Verify roll identification and sort rolls according to the next step in processing.
• Complete all required paperwork and Barco data entry.
• Plan and prioritize job responsibilities.
• Perform housekeeping, cleaning, and floor maintenance in the doffer area.
• Conduct Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on all material handling equipment.
• Exercise authority to stop a loom when fabric quality is questionable.
• Maintain housekeeping in all areas of responsibility.
