Sew On Operator - 3rd Shift

About the role

Department: Modular. Reports to: Supervisor.

Schedule

Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday - Friday from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with overtime as required.

Pay

$17.55 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Load the unroll cradle
• Sew-on greige rolls
• Make greige roll cuts
• Enter work in process production
• Change sew-on thread
• Sew on a roll of secondary backing
• Sew on a roll of secondary backing for the HP Line
• Perform housekeeping duties

Requirements

• Physical: Must be able to stand through the entire shift; capable of bending, stooping, and stretching throughout the shift.
• Skills: Must be able to use AS400 programs efficiently; must have good teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Responsibility: Responsible for meeting the requirements for safety, quality, efficiency, productivity and housekeeping.
• Training: Required to complete approximately one (1) week training under supervision of qualified associate.
• Other: Overtime is required as needed.
