Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive checks throughout the entire production process, from the inspection of raw ingredients and materials to the final product.
• Monitor production methods and practices, ensuring they align with our rigorous safety protocols and quality standards.
• Takes samples, tests, records, and reports on basic physical, chemical, and biological properties of ingredients, formulations, packaging, and other associated material, leading to their acceptance, approval, or disposition.
• Actively monitors, teaches, and enforces plant sanitation policies, GMP's, HACCP, and methods for allergen control.
• Maintains and tracks plant documentation, monitors departmental efficiency, testing and approval times, yields, scrap loss, and other key indicators.
• Trains and leads plant employees in issues regarding sanitation.
• Accurately prepares and maintains all departmental forms and documents. Monitors the completion of paperwork by other departments, emphasizing optimum record keeping within all plant areas.

Pay

Competitive pay ranging from $23.50 to $25.50 per hour.
