About the role

Work directly with customers to resolve past due accounts by identifying payment solutions that support their financial well-being while maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound collection calls
• Negotiate payment arrangements
• Review account details with consumers
• Document collection activity
• Maintain professionalism while working toward individual and team performance goals
• Manage call volume
• Follow FDCPA guidelines
• Maintain compliance standards on every interaction

Requirements

• Associates Degree or higher: Starting pay of $17.00 per hour
• No secondary education: Starting pay of $16.00 per hour
• Uncapped monthly commission opportunities
• Average monthly commissions range between $1,200 - $1,400, with top performers earning even more
