Responsibilities
- Contact debtors by phone and/or letter
- Sending written correspondence
- Setting up payment plans
- Managing debtor accounts
- Processing debtor accounts for legal action when necessary
- Using comprehensive, state-of-the-art databases to locate debtors as needed
Requirements
- Minimum one year of collections experience
- Some property management and/or multifamily collection experience preferred
