Schedule
- 36 hours per week; 12-hour shifts
- 8:50 AM – 9:20 PM FLEX; Monday–Saturday with call
- Alternative shift: 6:50 AM – 7:20 PM FLEX with call
- Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday on-call schedule includes 24-hour coverage
Minimum Requirements
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- Current O.R. experience
- Demonstrated working knowledge of all principles of aseptic techniques
- Demonstrated working knowledge of technical skills to operate complex surgical equipment during surgical procedures, including: Endoscopic, Laser, ENT, Ortho, Plastic, Podiatry, Neuro, General, Thoracic, Urology, and Vascular
- BLS required
Recommended Requirements
- Proven leadership experience
- Charge Nurse experience; ability to function in crisis situation
- CNOR Certification
- BSN preferred
Pay
$37.14 – $82.22 per hour. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement; compensation is established and governed by the terms of the applicable agreement.
Additional Information
As with all job assignments, staff may be floated to areas where they are needed.
