Earn a $20,000 Commitment Bonus. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with a minimum of six on-call shifts per month, including one full weekend (Friday–Sunday).
About the team
Our Surgery/OR team is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. We are a community-focused rural facility featuring six main operating rooms and one dedicated OB surgical suite. Our surgical services include general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, and other specialties.
Responsibilities
- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
Requirements
- Current North Carolina state or compact state RN license
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS required within 90 days of hire
- Associate’s degree in nursing required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- One year of RN experience in the Operating Room setting required
