3 Senior Business Analysts (remote)

Remote role based in Rye, NY for 12+ months. Must come onsite for in-person interview or first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Work with Product Owners and developers to translate business needs into Pega case types, workflows, rules, integrations, and UI requirements.
• Diagnose functionalities within system applications and provide troubleshooting and resolution support.
• Create process flows, data maps, wireframes, and interface specifications using Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools.
• Produce clear technical documentation including SDDs, SOPs, user guides, and traceability matrices.
• Support release nights and UAT planning, test case validation, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
• Perform data analysis (SQL, Excel Power Query/Pivot) to validate requirements, reporting needs, and system outputs.
• Collaborate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ceremonies using Jira or Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing solutions to tackle various business challenges, with extensive expertise using Microsoft's Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Ability to react and produce in an Agile project atmosphere.
• Strong experience in Distributed Energy Services (DES), Customer Project Management System (CPMS), PowerClerk, Project Center, Sales Force, and Pega Cloud.
• Experience with enterprise requirements gathering and high-quality technical documentation (including BRDs/FRDs).
• Experience with Pega development, platform, performance, and Pega Cloud.
• Experience with Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), data mapping, and Pega support.
• Developer experience with AI, Agentic AI, and GenAI.
• Full Stack Developer skills.
• Experience creating process flows, data maps, wireframes, and interface specifications.
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and Excel Power Query/Pivot.
