Responsibilities

• Guide clients through commercial real estate transactions including real estate finance, leasing, development, and joint venture transactions.
• Work with sophisticated market participants and on complex transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience in real estate finance, leasing, development, and joint venture transactions.

• The ability to work in a team environment.

Pay

Compensation: In accordance with applicable law, the compensation for this role, depending on experience, ranges from $235,000 to $290,000. Associates are also eligible to receive an hours-based bonus.
