2nd shift WH/ Order Puller / Forklift

About the role

Join a growing, dynamic organic and all-natural wholesale distributor as a Forklift Operator at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA location. This is a physically demanding position requiring heavy lifting, with a focus on attendance and punctuality, especially during the first 3 months.

Training & Schedule

Training is conducted on 1st shift. Once ready (typically 2–6 weeks), you will move to 2nd shift. Overtime is required as needed.

• Training Hours (1st Shift): Monday–Thursday, 4:30 AM – 2:00 PM; Fridays, 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM (plus hours until 11:30 AM if needed).
• Permanent Hours (2nd Shift): Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM; Fridays, Noon – 4:00 PM (plus OT as needed).

Pay

$21.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience operating the following warehouse equipment: Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Sit-down single forklift, and Stand-On Electric Pallet Jack.
• Must be open to overtime and willing to train on 1st shift for a few weeks.
• Must pass drug test, background check, and personality assessment.
• Adhere to dress code: tattoos covered, no piercings, hair pulled back and away from face, and trimmed facial hair.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience with Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Forklift, and Stand-on Electric Pallet Jack.

Skills

• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and demanding warehouse tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
