2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Join Freight Breakers LLC as a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor leading our overnight loading and unloading operation in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates throughout the shift.
• Coordinate loading and unloading operations to meet production goals.
• Assign work and manage labor based on operational needs.
• Monitor productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
• Ensure freight is scanned and handled accurately.
• Communicate shift performance and operational updates to management.
• Resolve operational issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Experience in distribution, logistics, loading, or unloading preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
• Experience with RF scanners or conveyor systems is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Pay

Starting pay: $20.00/hour + performance-based incentives (top performers can earn $25+/hour).

Schedule

Full-time, year-round positions available on either a Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday schedule. Shift hours are 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
