2nd shift Warehouse Administrator Mon-Fri 4pm-12:30am

Main Activities/Responsibilities

• Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure management’s set goals are met
• Communicate with and handle documentation of incoming drivers and / or customers in a timely, efficient and professional manner
• Aid in developing processes within the shipping department and monitor the department's performance and progress
• Release and organize orders through the Warehouse Management System
• Communicate with the appropriate teams or departments to ensure problems or issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Monitor and / or create regular reports within the Warehouse Management System
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Supervisors to ensure the workflow aligns with the leadership team's vision
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, including maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area
• Develop an attitude of support and foster an environment of continuous improvement

Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as the applicant’s experience, specialization, education, as well as the company’s requirements.
