Warehouse Systems Administrator (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Allocate, deallocate, and close orders in Oracle Fusion and WMS.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely processing of purchase and transfer orders.
• Partner with warehouse and production teams to address discrepancies and improve system workflows.
• Communicate system needs and resolutions between IT and operations.
• Maintain accurate reports and records.

Requirements

You’re detail-oriented, curious, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’re just as comfortable diving into data as you are collaborating with operations or IT. You’re proactive, organized, and find satisfaction in solving problems before they impact production.

Schedule

Our warehouse is a 24x7 operation. This role will support our 2nd shift operations, 2pm-10:30pm.
