2nd Shift Supervisor Manufacturing

About the role

Responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations during the evening shift. Ensures compliance with all safety protocols and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Resolve issues and provide guidance to team members as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
