2nd Shift Shipping Material Handler

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for staging loads for shipment.
• Receiving of raw material and returnable containers.
• Organized storage of finished goods prior to shipment.
• Entry of count points and receiving paperwork for the control of inventory and scheduling.
• Willingness to learn basic computer tasks pertaining to the shipment of goods to the customer including electronic communications to customer.
• Helping with monthly and yearly inventory.
• Responsible to take care of components, cardboard, fiber and put in the correct location on the plant floor.
• Help with hauling empty containers outside of the facility and keeping the area cleaned.
• Printing BOLs and sending ASNs for each customer electronically from a computer on each shift daily (Monday-Friday 1p-9p, 40 hours plus overtime as needed).
