2nd Shift Production Manager

Monday to Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.
Compensation
In accordance with Vermont law, the good-faith annual salary range for this leadership role is $72,000 to $90,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant manufacturing leadership experience, prior supervisory responsibility, demonstrated leadership capability, technical knowledge, shift complexity, and overall alignment with the position.

What You'll Lead
- Daily 2nd shift production execution, including safety, quality, staffing, output, communication, and issue escalation.
- Direct supervision, coaching, follow-up, and accountability for production employees.
- Real-time problem solving with production, quality, maintenance, sanitation, and support teams.
- Consistent execution of safety practices, GMPs, SOPs, quality standards, and company policies.
