2nd shift Monday to Thursday 10-hour shift (LUMPER)

What You'll Do

• Transfer cartons from conveyor lines into trailers by hand.
• Use handheld scanners to record packages as they are loaded.
• Move freight cages between dock and staging locations.
• Build secure, organized trailer loads to maximize efficiency.
• Remove freight from inbound trailers and place it onto conveyor belts.
• Scan and sort packages into the correct rolling cages.
• Maintain a steady work pace while meeting quality and safety expectations.

Compensation

• Performance-based pay per trailer and per case handled.
• Typical earnings range from $16–$25 per hour.
• High-performing team members may earn $25–$35 per hour.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM
• Four 10-hour overnight shifts each week.
• Weekend hours may be available when business demands require.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 5–50 pounds.
• Comfortable performing continuous physical work throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must relocate to the West Jordan area before the start date.
