What You'll Do

As a Box Loader/Unloader, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of freight throughout the warehouse.

• Loading boxes from conveyor belts into trailers
• Unloading freight from trailers onto conveyor systems
• Scanning packages using handheld barcode scanners
• Sorting freight into designated rolling cages
• Building organized, secure trailer loads
• Following safety procedures while maintaining productivity and accuracy

Pay

Performance-based compensation (paid per trailer and case). Average earnings: $16–$25 per hour. Top performers regularly earn $25–$35 per hour. Your earnings grow with your productivity.

Schedule

Night Shift – Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Four 10-hour shifts each week. Additional weekend hours may be available when needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift 5–50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable transportation to and from work
