Freight Breakers LLC is hiring hardworking, dependable individuals to join our warehouse team as Box Loaders/Unloaders. If you enjoy active work, take pride in working efficiently, and want the opportunity to earn more based on your performance, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Loading boxes from conveyor belts into trailers.
• Unloading freight from trailers onto conveyor systems.
• Scanning packages using handheld barcode scanners.
• Sorting freight into designated rolling cages.
• Building organized, secure trailer loads.
• Following safety procedures while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Pay

Performance-based compensation (paid per trailer and case). Average earnings: $16–$25 per hour. Top performers regularly earn $25–$35 per hour. Your earnings grow with your productivity.

Schedule

Night Shift
Monday–Thursday 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Four 10-hour shifts each week. Additional weekend hours may be available when needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 5–50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
