Machine Operator- 2nd Shift ( Monday to Thursday, Afternoons)

About the role

At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Fulfillment Teams play an important part in achieving that goal. We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join our direct-to-garment (DTG) printing team to help keep our operations running smoothly.

• Operate our state-of-the-art printers using DTG technology (a method that prints ink directly on clothing to produce a high-quality and vibrant product in a more sustainable way)
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, set up correctly, running efficiently, and producing a quality product
• Maintain all auxiliary equipment needed to operate your workstation
• Perform quality checks on all items you print and keep defects to a minimum
• Solve basic mechanical or software problems when machines aren’t working correctly
• Reach daily production goals set by your team lead
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience
• An understanding of technical printing
