Responsibilities
- Review work orders and ensure that all work schedules are met.
- Organizes and assigns work.
- Supervises skilled and semi-skilled employees performing major repairs and preventive maintenance to buildings and equipment and grounds.
- Anticipates maintenance and personnel problems and resolves problems to minimize their effects on production.
- Makes sure safety issues are addressed and solved.
- Completes maintenance personnel reviews in a timely manner.
- Will complete other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directs all maintenance personnel in the PDS Facility.
- Assumes the duties of the Maintenance Manager in his absence as needed.

Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; two-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in the maintenance department, held a relief supervisor position in maintenance.
- Computer skills/experience in work order systems and preventive maintenance.
