2nd Shift- Food Manufacturing-Production Supervisor

About the role

This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, efficiency, and team performance across assigned production areas.

Requirements

- 3+ years of team lead or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment required – lean manufacturing experience is strongly desired. - Results-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership for outcomes. - Ability to respond effectively to production, staffing, quality, safety concerns. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure. - Ability to train, coach, and develop employees. - Respect and adherence for safe work practices and standard operating procedures. - Experience providing employees with feedback and formal performance assessments. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. - Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills preferred. - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work in a refrigerated production environment, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay & Schedule

- 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, with shifts beginning at 1pm and averaging 8–12 hours per day. - Occasional Saturday work may be required based on production needs. - Starting pay rate of $24 per hour, plus $3 per hour shift differential.
