About the role

As a Fixture Builder II worker, you’ll be part of our production team located in Hesston, KS. You’ll build new tools, racks, carts, tables, or aids for production (approx. 40%), repair tools, tooling, or aids as needed (approx. 30%), improve safety features and Poka-yoke current tooling (approx. 20%), and work in the Guide TI system (approx. 10%).

• Repairing tools, tooling, or aids for production as needed (Approx. 30%)
• Improving safety features and Poka-yoke current tooling (Approx. 20%)
• Working in the Guide TI system (Approx. 10%)

Requirements

• Minimum of one to three years of welding experience
• Machining experience
• Experience with precise measuring equipment
• Blue print reading skills
• Computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Ability to weld per print or make sound judgment calls and set your own equipment
• Experience running and machining parts on a mill and lathe

Pay

Pay starting at $22.36 plus $2 shift differential, totaling $24.36/hour.
