Building Custodian- $17 Per Hour 2nd Shift

Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Maintain floors in a clean state by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and waxing. Empty trash receptacles and wipe surfaces as needed. Transport trash to designated location. Restock necessary items, such as soap and paper products. Daily cleaning and sanitizing of all bathroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors using approved chemicals. Work with cleaning chemicals. Ability to read a Safety Data Sheet.

Cleaning tasks

• Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
• Maintain pick area and reserve free of trash and debris.

Physical demands

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Starting Salary

2nd shift = $15.00 + 2.00 shift differential = $17.00

Location

Algoa, McCarty and/or Robinson Road Buildings

Hours

2nd shift = 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Monday – Friday

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
