2nd Shift-Baker I
Position Summary
Perform duties to mold and cure test balls, muni balls, pipeline cleaning balls, and other related raw products in an oven or press frame.
Position Responsibilities
- Load balls into molds;
- Pressurize molds as required;
- Place molds into oven, bake;
- Remove and open molds, visually check for appearance-adherence to specs;
- Follow work schedule-oral and written;
- Complete required maintenance reports and records.
Knowledge and Experience Required
- One (1) Year Of Related Work Experience;
- Demonstrated basic math, reading, and writing skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to operate machinery;
- Ability to read and understand digital, needlepoint, and other gauges;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Decision-making skills.
Preferred
- One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Education and Certification
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Compensation Range for the Position
- $16.95 - $22.04 - $27.12 USD Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
