Clerk, Bakery-Production - 2nd Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Clerk, Bakery Production to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Clerk, Bakery Production, you will be accountable for ensuring accurate production reporting, SAP data integrity, inventory support, and administrative coordination that enables efficient bakery operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely production reporting, including data verification and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain SAP reporting accuracy through Process Order verification and escalation of issues
• Track and manage attendance records for production and packing employees
• Oversee supply cage operations to ensure proper availability of production materials
• Perform PCE implementation, training, and serve as a subject matter expert for system users
• Support inventory cycle counts, reconcile variances, and report weekly ingredient usage
• Maintain organized production documentation and support quality and safety initiatives

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and in variable temperature environments
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 25 lbs. occasionally

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
