2nd & 3rd Shift Residential Staff

About the role

We're currently seeking compassionate individuals to join us as 2nd- and 3rd-Shift Residential Staff, committed to making a difference in the lives of young women who are survivors of sex trafficking. In this role, you'll guide residents through their daily routines, ensuring they have the support they need to achieve their personal goals in a nurturing and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through daily routines in a trauma-informed manner.
• Engage with residents during the 2nd shift to help them complete daily tasks and activities.
• Monitor residents' safety and well-being throughout the 3rd shift.
• Document sleep patterns during the 3rd shift.
• Assist with morning routines.

Schedule

Full-time, including weekends.

Pay

$21 - $23 hourly.
