Responsibilities

• Drive business performance and process improvement initiatives across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational efficiencies
• Develop and execute project plans to achieve performance objectives
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity
• Support the development of inclusive team solutions that address diverse business challenges

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business performance and process improvement roles
• Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering results
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience working within media, advertising, or related industries preferred

Pay

$90,000.00 annually
