Goals and Objectives
- Aid in maintaining asset quality standards of Tower Community Bank.
- Preserve relationships with lenders and credit administration to support healthy loan portfolio growth and strategic initiatives.
- Build comprehensive understanding of Credit Underwriting, Credit Administration, Loan Operations, and Special Assets.
- Collaborate with the Chief Credit Officer to establish uniformity across Credit and Loan Operations functions.
- Support the Chief Credit Officer and Senior Credit Officer in the implementation of a Loan Origination Software within six months.

Schedule
Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The Credit Administration Officer is an essential member of the Tower Community Bank team, responsible for overseeing the integrity and accuracy of the bank's credit administration processes and managing the Clear-to-Close program. This dual-role position ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, aligning with the bank's risk profile.
