Job Skills / Requirements Northeast Security is looking for a Part Time Hospitality Supervisor for the Boston, MA Area! Pay Rate: $25 Days: Sun 6am-2pm & Sat - Sun- 2pm-10pm Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years Security experience. Hospital Security experience highly preferredApplicants are also required to complete drug screening and Criminal Background check. Security Supervisor Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Supervise, train, and support assigned security officers to ensure consistent quality service.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all NES, client, and regulatory standards.Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns, providing professional resolution and documentation.Maintain accurate daily activity logs, post orders, and incident reports.Monitor and manage attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage.Conduct onboarding, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed in coordination with HR and Operations.Serve as the point of contact between site management, clients, and NES leadership.Ensure officers maintain professional appearance, conduct, and performance.Support recruiting and onboarding efforts for new officers as required.Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability across all shifts. Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually.
