Responsibilities

• Monitor contractors’ execution of general construction and structural works.
• Verify that all work complies with project documentation, Kazakhstan standards, and quality/safety requirements.
• Prepare and review completion reports.
• Track defect logs and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Coordinate with contractors, on-site engineers, and government representatives.
• Validate completed work volumes for contractor payment approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably civil/structural).
• 3–5 years of construction experience (supervisor, chief engineer, or construction engineer roles).
• At least one year of experience in a unit focused on social/economic aspects of a company, or involvement in social infrastructure projects (schools, hospitals, kindergartens, etc.).
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Kazakhstan construction norms and standards.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel required).
• English language skills at Intermediate level or higher.

Schedule

5-day workweek (Monday–Friday).
