Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains an interface plan between project and operational divisions, ensuring transparency of information exchange, role distribution, and responsibility allocation.
• Ensures preparation, expert review, approval, and transfer of project and operational documentation (P&ID, ISO, project packages, procedures) at all stages of the asset lifecycle.
• Organizes the review of project materials by subject-matter experts (SMEs) and monitors compliance with technical, operational, and industrial safety requirements.
• Ensures operational readiness of assets using OR&A standards, coordinating PSSR, AIC, SUVC, and other readiness checks.
• Develops and maintains preventive maintenance (PM) plans and bills of materials (BOM) in SAP, ensuring equipment maintainability and availability of necessary spare parts.
• Ensures timely procurement and readiness of operational spare parts sufficient for at least two years of operation.
• Develops and implements training programs for operational and maintenance personnel, ensuring required competency levels before asset commissioning.
• Monitors completeness and quality of project data in production and engineering systems (PI, EC) and coordinates setup of preventive technical maintenance (PTM) systems.
• Participates in risk management and technical integrity activities, including HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, RAM, and SIL.
• Monitors resolution of Punch List items, tracks completion status, and ensures asset readiness for acceptance.
• Organizes implementation of lessons learned and best practices into project solutions and operational activities.
• Provides technical and operational support during commissioning, acceptance, and asset startup, ensuring timely identification and mitigation of operational risks.

Requirements

• Higher engineering education or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
• Experience in project handover to operations and production operations.
• Proficient PC user.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production operations within the oil and gas industry.
• English language proficiency: Intermediate or higher.
