$22/hour | Residential Specialist | Morning Shift

Job Description

Buils and maintains professional relationships with residents and guests while enforcing building policies and resolving conflicts.
Monitors CCTV, patrols property, and controls access to prevent unauthorized entry.
Provides excellent customer service by greeting residents, addressing concerns, and fulfilling service requests.
Responds to emergencies (medical, fire, security), secures scenes, and reports incidents promptly.
Maintains detailed logs, records, and documentation; inspects equipment and reports shortages.
Manages traffic flow, assists with luggage, and enforces regulations in the porte cochère.
Escorts residents, guests, and contractors to designated areas as requested.
Counsults patrols across all property areas, reporting irregularities or safety concerns.
Receives, logs, organizes, and secures packages and deliveries.
Coordinates access control, verifies contractors, communicates via radio systems, and supports management with additional tasks.

Position Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn company-specific software.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; training provided after 90-day probation.
• Hawaii Guard Card preferred; training provided after 90-day probation. (Must be willing to obtain certification.)
• Valid driver’s license: ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions.
• Manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Pay

$22/hour

Schedule

• Saturday - Monday, 7:00am to 3:00pm (Ability to work weekends and holidays)
• Saturday - Tuesday, 7:00am to 5:00pm (Ability to work weekends and holidays)
