Residential Specialist | Day Shift | $22/hour
Job Description
Monitor CCTV and camera recordings.
Constantly patrol the perimeter and property grounds.
Respond to emergencies (fire, flood, smoke), security, and safety incidents.
Log shifts and report incidents.
Handle packages, releases, and lost-and-found services.
Assist with move-in and move-out monitoring and freight elevator scheduling.
Oversee the parking garage.
Position Requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred; training provided after 90-day probation.
- Hawaii Guard Card preferred; training provided after 90-day probation.
- Must be willing to obtain certification.
- Valid driver’s license: ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle preferred.
- Must meet company’s acceptable driving record policy.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Able to stand for long periods, walk frequently, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions.
- Manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ability to learn company-specific software.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, residential services, or a similar role (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Hawaii Guard Card.
- Driver’s license (manual transmission vehicle preferred).
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
Benefits
- Full-time position.
- Sunday - Thursday schedule (7:00am to 3:00pm).
Pay
- $22/hour.
