21GRAMS- Associate Creative Director, Art

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to join our dynamic team at 21GRAMS.

Responsibilities

• Structure narratives and write in different voices for client and audience needs
• Collaborate with ACD, Copy to develop standout and strategically focused campaigns and experiences
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates
• Manage teams, creative output, and client relationships
• Conceptualize and execute campaigns aligned with client strategy
• Oversee daily deliverables under tight deadlines while producing high-quality work across all digital channels
• Mentor teams both internally and externally
• Manage awards submissions and case studies for the brand
• Participate in high-level projects and new business pitches

Requirements

• Prior healthcare experience in an agency environment
• Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences
• 5-7+ years of health care/pharma experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
• A comprehensive creative portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual capabilities and ability to produce work in high-science pharma categories

• Adaptable and resilient with strong prioritization skills, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to leverage data to inform decisions and drive outcomes
• Proactive, driven, and resourceful with a solutions-oriented attitude and a desire to innovate using AI

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000.

Schedule

This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN.
