About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to join our dynamic team! The role is available for remote within the United States or in our U.S. office locations: New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN.

Responsibilities

• Structure narratives and write in different voices for client and audience needs
• Collaborate with ACD, Copy to develop standout and strategically focused campaigns and experiences
• Identify and interview creative candidates
• Manage teams, creative outputs, and client relationships
• Conceptualize and execute campaigns aligned with client strategies
• Oversee daily deliverables under tight deadlines while producing high-quality work across all digital channels
• Mentor both internal and external teams
• Prepare award submissions and case studies for the brand
• Participate in high-level projects and new business pitches

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing writing for consumer/patient and HCP audiences
• 5-7+ years of health care/pharma experience in an agency setting
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
• A robust creative portfolio showcasing strong conceptual abilities and proficiency in high-science pharma categories

Benefits
